Which is the nearest airport?

The nearest airport is Malaga (AGP) which is only 15 minutes away from Benalmadena, stretching to 1hr away from Marbella. You can fly into Gibraltar, however you then have the hassle of crossing the border.

How do we get to the Villa?

 You can either hire a car which we can arrange for you with collection at the airport, or if you would like, we can arrange a private transfer for you.

How do we find the Villa?

 We will e-mail or post you detailed directions from the airport, which also contain the GPS coordinates to put into a sat nav.

What is in a welcome pack?

Essential items usually include tea, coffee, water, juice, milk, bread, jam. For your convenience we always recommend a welcome pack especially if you are arriving in the evening. Please order your welcome pack in advance to avoid disappointment. Upgraded packs include a few more luxury items such as beer, wine and snacks. The BBQ pack has your essential meats for that all important holiday bbq, including coals and lighters and of course the drink!

Are towels and linen provided at the accommodation?

All bedroom and bathroom linen is provided. You will need to take your own beach towels to use around the pool. Cot linen is not provided; please ensure you take your own.

Is maid service provided?

Maid service ensures that your villa is cleaned pre-arrival. If you are here for 2 weeks, you will also get a mid holiday clean and linen change.

Will an iron and ironing board be provided?

 Generally all accommodation types will have iron and ironing boards.

Are hairdryers provided?

 No, you will need to take your own.

Will I need to take travel adaptor plugs?

 Yes – the accommodation will be fitted with local plug sockets so you will need to provide your own adaptors for any electrical items you take with you.

If satellite TV is provided in the accommodation, which channels can I expect to receive?

 It will be local satellite in the country that you are visiting. Limited English speaking channels are available – please do not expect the usual satellite channels you receive at home.

What are the passport and driving license requirements abroad?

All passengers must carry a valid 10 year passport with at least 6 months validity prior to the expiry date on the date of the return journey. Visas may be required by certain passengers who do not carry a UK passport. Please refer to the passport office for further information on 0870 5210410 or www.ips.gov.uk

Standard UK driving licenses must be produced by all drivers to the car hire company. If you have the new style license with photographic ID, you will need to produce both parts for the license to be valid.

Where will I collect the keys to my accommodation?

 Details regarding your key collection will be sent to you with your travel documents. They will normally inform you of where the locked key will be, and you will be supplied with the code for this.

Can we occupy the accommodation before 4pm on the day of arrival?

 The official time for entry to your accommodation is 4pm. If you arrive before 4pm, it may be possible to use the outside facilities. You will not be able to gain access to the accommodation until it has been cleaned. Please remember that previous guests will still be in residence before 10am so no entry to the accommodation or its outside facilities will be allowed before that time.

Can we vacate the accommodation later than the confirmed time of 10am?

 This is not possible as the accommodation will need to be cleaned and prepared for the next guest. If the Villa is not going to be occupied till later, extra hours may be booked at additional cost.

Is there a discount for longer lets?

 For stays of 4 weeks or longer, please contact us and we can arrange a price. You can always look in our long term rentals section as well.
